Return Policy

Overview

Every garment we deliver is built to be worn for years. Because our work ranges from one-of-one bespoke commissions to ready-to-wear pieces and accessories, our return policy depends on what you purchased. Please read the section that applies to your order.

Non-Custom Items — 24-Hour Return Window

Ready-to-wear pieces, accessories, and other non-custom items may be returned for a full refund within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours by contacting us at contact@byfino.com or (408) 641-0025.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected.

Items returned outside the 24-hour window, or showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage, are not eligible for refund.

Custom Garments — Final Sale

Bespoke and made-to-measure commissions are final sale and non-refundable. Each custom garment is drafted, cut, and constructed specifically for one client, using fabric reserved for that single commission. Once production begins, the work cannot be resold or repurposed.

This includes — but is not limited to — bespoke suits, made-to-measure suits, custom shirting, custom trousers, custom overcoats, and any garment ordered to a client's measurements or specifications.

Our Commitment to Fit

Although custom garments are non-refundable, we stand behind our work. If something is not right with the fit or construction of a commission you ordered, bring it back to the studio and we will adjust it until it is. The fitting process — and our follow-up after delivery — exists so that every piece leaves Fino looking the way it should.

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits paid toward custom commissions are non-refundable once fabric has been cut. If you need to cancel before cutting begins, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on the best path forward.
